Heather Nielsen
Showroom Manager
Heather, a native of Rochester NY, joined the Weinstein Family back in 2008. With over 24 years of experience, Heather possesses an extensive background in the plumbing industry. Working primarily in Residential Construction & Remodeling she also has a background in design and project management. Her leadership skills and wide range of knowledge in the industry make her a strong leader. Her personal hobbies include traveling and boating.
Jennifer Janik
Showroom Consultant
Jennifer holds a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Centenary University. She has been active in the kitchen and bath industry for the last 23 years. Her experience included working for a small showroom focusing on turnkey kitchen and bath renovations and taking part in all phases of the design process, working with clients directly from concept to completion. Jennifer joined the Weinstein Showroom team in 2011 and takes part in kitchen and bath designing and assisting clients with their product selections.
Lauren Ruch
Showroom Consultant
Lauren was welcomed to the Weinstein team in Summer of 2018. With over 14 years' experience in construction, her journey began back in 2006 doing estimating, sales, design and project management for a remodeling contractor. She has additional background in the natural stone fabrication industry. Lauren recently completed a 2020 Design training course to further expand layout and design skills. With a customer-centric approach, she thrives on educating customers and walking them through the design and selection process for their kitchen / bathroom remodel. Her personal hobbies include hunting, kayaking, traveling, hiking and other outdoor activities.
Tracey Heckman
Showroom Consultant
Tracey went to Southeastern Academy for travel and hospitality in 1986, in 1989 her career took her into the plumbing business. Starting with office work, she progressed into showroom sales in 1997. Tracey joined Weinstein supply in 2011, specializing in new construction and bath remodels. She enjoys traveling, shooting pool and spending time with family and friends.
