I see some negative reviews but I would venture to guess these are from the type of person who either has no idea what the hell they are doing and should be hiring plumber instead or they are those grumpy people who are just never happy.

Me, I am not the easiest to please but seriously, maybe with the exception of the showroom, this is a plumbing supply house geared towards the professional. They expect for you to know more than just the color of your leaking toilet. Just saying…
